Tutoring is available online throughout the United States and internationally, with select in-home tutoring available in approved Michigan and Indiana service areas.
Standard Academic Tutoring for Grades PreK-12
Brainiac tutoring services may include, but are not limited to, mathematics, reading and reading comprehension, writing and language arts, essay, science, homework and coursework support, study and note-taking skills, organization, and standardized test preparation.

More Than Homework Help
Brainiac tutors provide targeted instructional support, guided practice, academic skill reinforcement, and individualized learning resources. Homework support is included when appropriate, but tutoring is not limited to completing assignments. One of our main goals is to help our tutees understand the academic fundamentals, strengthen foundational skills, practice independently, and apply learning with confidence.

Online Tutoring
Online tutoring is Brainiac's best and most effective option for in-home tutoring service. This flexible format gives families the convenient option of receiving personalized and individualized academic support throughout the entire United States and even internationally, ensuring that tutees can access online help no matter where they are located.
In-Home Tutoring in Selected Areas
In-home tutoring is offered in select service areas across Michigan and Indiana at a premium rate. Availability is influenced by factors such as location, subject matter, tutor availability, scheduling compatibility, travel distance, and Brainiac's service protocols. Please note that additional travel-related fees may apply.
Specialized Academic Tutoring
We offer specialized tutoring services that include standardized test preparation, select college-level tutoring, and tailored academic support for adult learners and veterans pursuing diplomas, degrees, or certifications. Our focus extends to fostering effective study habits, enhancing note-taking skills, and developing strong organizational techniques.
Each service is customized to meet the unique goals of our tutees, considering their academic levels, subject requirements, and scheduling preferences. Rates are slightly higher for specialized tutoring services.
Complimentary Baseline Assessments
New and returning tutees may complete a complimentary reading, writing and/or mathematics baseline assessment with their professional tutor(s) or staff.
The brief free assessments will help Brainiac target learning gaps and an appropriate starting point for tutoring. Baseline assessments are tutoring-planning tools and are not school-issued evaluations, clinical assessment, diagonses, or replacement for evaluations completed by qualified educational or healthcare professionals.
